Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error; if we do, you will receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Digital products

When you buy an ebook or other digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and enjoy it for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute digital files.

Intellectual property

All stories, characters, worlds, artwork, logos, and other content on this site are owned by Lion's Den Studios LLC or its creators and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Some books are also sold by third parties such as Amazon. Purchases made there are governed by that retailer's terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lion's Den Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Lion's Den Studios LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
